Bringing Stem Cell Models to Your Lab (5 days, $1,000): Participants will follow a simple organoid differentiation protocol and perform various assessments of the resulting cells. The course covers:
- all content from the 2 day course
- performance of an organoid protocol
- techniques for the assessment of organoids
- introduction to genomics and transcriptomics
- introduction to disease models
