The CIRM ASCEND (Advancing Stem Cell Education and Novel Discoveries) Shared Resource Laboratory (SRL) provides expertise in stem cell and organoid models, coupled with state-of-the-art single cell and spatial sequencing technologies, and linked training courses to the broad California research community. It welcomes students and collaborators from the higher education systems, high school students, and all areas of biotechnology.

The CIRM ASCEND SRL is part of a network of SRLs funded by CIRM that are aimed to democratize science by making challenging models, experiments, and tools accessible. For a full set of services provided in California, visit the CIRM website at https://www.cirm.ca.gov.
